Michelle from Manning Regional Healthcare discussed multiple interconnected grants supporting substance use disorder treatment, transportation, chronic pain management, suicide prevention training, and a recovery center expansion. Both highlighted the importance of strategic planning, community partnerships, and internal communication.<br /><br />The session closed with practical advice: align projects with the hospital’s strategic plan, collect only useful data, involve leadership and cross-functional teams early, and focus on what will remain after grant funding ends.
