Kami Norland, MA, ATR  Kami,  is a visionary force in the realm of human-centered leadership and workplace culture transformation. Kami is the Compassionate Experiences Organizer (CEO) of Integrative Re-Sources, LLC, co-founder of the global Elevate Compassion Coalition, co-founder and CEO of Journey Guide Project, LLC, and director, scholar, and faculty of the Master of Arts program in Creative Leadership at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design.
