This statewide webinar for Iowa Critical Access Hospitals focuses on understanding the current role of the Iowa Primary Care Association as the state’s new Behavioral Health Administrative organization and its new service line: Behavioral Health System Navigation.  This session will provide an overview of what Behavioral Health Navigation is today, introduce regional navigators, outline how hospitals can access navigation support for patients and care teams, and discuss how hospitals can engage with this evolving statewide resource.

The webinar will also create space for dialogue about shared challenges—particularly related to transitions of care and coordination across settings—as Iowa continues to shape and refine the roles of the Behavioral Health system. A live Q&A will allow participants to ask questions, share perspectives, and help inform future planning.
